JOB DUTIES: Responsible for assessing and mitigating issues and conducting internal investigations of compliance issues in connection with employment-related practices and procedures within Latin America. Audit labor laws throughout Latin American countries and advise various Blomberg departments on local and or/applicable regulations to maintain adherence to compliance standards. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations. Provide internal training on compliance-related policies and procedures within Latin America. Collaborate with the outside counsel on employment claims and regulatory matters at a more advanced stage. Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies in response to changing internal and external conditions, particularly in the external legal and regulatory landscape.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Law, Legal Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related and One (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Employee Relations Specialist, Compliance Specialist, or related. Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Employment laws and regulations of Latin American countries; Labor and overtime regulations of Latin American countries; Contract law in Latin American countries; Litigation procedures in Latin American countries; Contract negotiation; and Dispute conflict resolution. Minimum Salary: 175000.00 Maximum Salary: 225000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
