- Coach Palantirians (both individual contributors and leads), functioning as an advocate and resource to resolving key employee issues including performance, interpersonal conflicts, grievances and complex investigations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Excels at working on open-ended problems and running them to completion.

- 3+ years relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment by demonstrating quick, thoughtful execution.

- Ability to spend 3-4 days per week in-office.
