- Campaigns: Confidently own the go-to-market management of integrated brand campaigns from end to end. Plan and manage creative, strategic, seasonal and brand appropriate omni-channel campaigns with clear audiences and goals.
- Digital Marketing: Own and execute seasonal digital marketing strategies and campaigns, in partnership with the creative studio. This includes, but is not limited to, organic social, email, web, and partner channels.
- Briefs: Build and create strong briefs to creative and channel owners showing a detailed understanding of all channels and business objectives. Input briefs and all other marketing initiatives into Knoll’s project management software Wrike.
- Social: Own and execute organic content strategy, in partnership with the creative studio
- PR/Comms: Support brand communications/PR, manage inbound media requests, and liaise with external agency team.
- Channel Management: Partner with cross-functional partners such as creative, merchandising, digital, etc. to implement and execute campaigns across channels.
- Product Knowledge: Work closely with partners in the product org and merchandising to understand product strategy, identify product focuses and inventory levels for promotions and campaigns. Maintain a robust level of product knowledge for our core assortment and seasonal new launches.
- Calendar: Maintain and update promotions and marketing calendars for all teams to reference. Work closely with project managers to initiate follow up and track timelines and key deliverables to ensure projects are progressing and completed on schedule.
- Reporting: Run and evaluate sales, event and digital marketing reports as it relates to campaigns and promotions to constantly improve performance.
- Communication: Assist in internal communications of Marketing efforts to all teams and provide transparency throughout the organization.
- Insights: Bring insights on key marketing and retail innovation & trends to the leadership team. Continue gauge competitive landscape and provide clear, relevant and insightful recommendations to ensure Knoll remains a leader in the design world.
- Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure that global campaigns deliver on regional needs and are reflected consistently across regional executions. Partner with cross functional teams to identify consumers and customer insights and execute tactics that will continue to grow the Knoll brand.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
- Must be based in NYC.
- 5+ years of marketing experience at a retail, entrepreneurial or digitally native business.
- Strong understanding of the design industry and consumer sentiment with branding knowledge as it relates to other industries such as fashion, lifestyle, etc.
- Proven delivery of successfully integrated, omnichannel brand campaigns.
- Understanding of office software and comfort with learning new applications.
- A drive to constantly improve processes and find new, better ways to work efficiently.
- Willingness and excitement to be flexible and helpful across multiple parts of the business.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and motivated self-starter with high energy level, a future-thinking mindset, and a willingness to do what it takes to create great work.
- Works well in a highly collaborative environment.
- Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines, in a demanding, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work with all levels of staff and management and present accordingly.
- Strong strategic thinking with the capability to solve problems and be solution oriented.
