Head Counselor - Summer Camp

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for a group of approximately 16 campers and supervising Assistant, Junior, and Acting Junior counselors. Manages group dynamics and mediates conflicts. Plans daily activities and curriculum. Maintains daily communication with Unit Head. May be alone with a group of campers inside and outside the building. 21 years of age or older.
