Team Build for a Global Influencer Agency

A global powerhouse of an agency is assembling the NYC team. They’re already dominating in Europe, China, and the Middle East—and the next chapter begins in New York City. The office is growing fast, and they need to spin up a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to help lead the charge.
You’ll work with an all-star roster of brands across beauty, fashion, tech, and entertainment—managing end-to-end influencer and performance campaigns while becoming the go-to strategic partner for your clients. If you’re highly organized, performance-savvy, and thrive in the fast lane of cross-functional collaboration, this is your lane.

What's it going to take to score an interview?
For the Account Manager role:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer or performance marketing capacity, ideally at an agency.
- Proven track record executing full-funnel social and influencer campaigns—briefs, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, reporting, optimization.
- Confident client communicator—you’re not just delivering updates, you’re delivering value.
- Obsessed with performance metrics and how to use them to drive smart optimizations.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven—you can manage multiple fast-moving campaigns without missing a beat.
- Strong relationship builder with a knack for identifying upsell opportunities.
For the Senior Account Manager role:
- All of the above, plus:
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Confidence presenting in high-stakes meetings—pitches, kickoffs, wrap-ups.
- Strategic thinker who proactively recommends new campaign opportunities and client growth ideas.
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management chops.
- Strong track record of growing accounts and building trust with high-level stakeholders.
