Pay Rate: $30–35/hour

Overview
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Advertising Account Manager to join a dynamic Ad Operations team supporting a major entertainment network. In this role, you’ll work closely with ad sales teams, traffic, and accounting to manage TV ad sales accounts from booking to invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned advertisers, agencies, and internal sales teams.
- Manage end-to-end deal account operations, including booking commercial inventory, processing agency changes, and ensuring all deal points are accurate.
- Monitor advertiser activity, provide insights on buying and trafficking behavior, and deliver feedback to improve efficiency.
- Partner with accounting to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and execute adjustments to support collection targets.
- Collaborate with the traffic team to ensure schedules align with inventory and programming needs, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain strong working relationships with agency partners, creative and traffic teams, and internal departments.
- Support evolving business needs, projects, and initiatives set by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in ad operations, media, or a related industry; marketing or agency background a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate defined processes and meet organizational deadlines.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn internal systems, and highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent client service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Comfortable thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
