Title: BBusiness Development Executive

Location: NY/NJ/Remote

Amtex provides solutions and services to clients in multiple domains including Technology, Financial Services, Media, Fashion, Retail and the Public Sector. Amtex is based in New York with offices located across the world.

We are looking for IT sales lead or a Business development Manager with 7+ years of experience. He / She predominantly has experience of the sales and pipeline development and closure with leading organizations in North America. He / She has a thorough understanding of the IT services landscape, and new services development, from their previous stints working with an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Pitch staffing solutions to HR, procurement, and hiring managers across industries
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and drive them through the sales funnel
  • Close new client accounts and hand off to recruitment teams for delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely and quality fulfillment
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Maintain activity records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Bullhorn)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in the staffing/recruitment industry
  • Proven ability to open doors, build relationships, and close contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire)
