As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead the charge in growing our embedded capital offerings.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for key product initiatives that drive Fundbox’s growth with strategic, household name partners. Your mission: deeply integrate Fundbox into platforms and ensure that the right capital product reaches the right customer at the right moment. You will team up with world-class professionals across product, partnerships, engineering, credit risk, and go-to-market teams to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. You will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of proven ability in a quantitative analytics or consulting role; experience in credit or product at a financial services or fintech firm preferred

• Experience pulling and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools such as Python, Excel, and Tableau

• Strong social skills and experience collaborating on cross-functional projects with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights clearly and succinctly to executive leadership

• Ability to work with ambiguous problems, deconstructing it into tangible steps, and working towards an impactful solution

• Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing projects of varying size and complexity

• The flexibility and curiosity to understand topics and concepts outside of your domain

• BS / MS in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering) preferred
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Be a core member of the Product team that builds new capital products from the ground up: transforming white space into scalable, platform-ready products

• Work closely with the Credit Risk, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholder teams to design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer experience across the customer lifecycle in partnership acquisition channels

• Collaborate on credit frameworks and define the product experience for the customer management and retention strategies, building credit analysis, monitoring, and reporting

• Work closely with partners to understand their workflows, requirements, and business models and then translate them into high-impact product features and engineering requirements

• Analyze portfolio performance and strategy effectiveness across customer segments and acquisition channels; be responsible to build, evaluate, and manage key metrics in your area of responsibility

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations

Compensation & Benefits
We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $220,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
