Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a General Dentist. The position is located in New York, NY, with some work from home being acceptable. The General Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing oral diseases, creating treatment plans, and performing general dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions. The dentist will also educate patients on oral health, ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards, and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Competence in diagnosing oral diseases and developing treatment plans
- Proficiency in performing general dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Strong ability to educate patients on oral health and preventative care
- Knowledge of dental regulations, standards, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid state dental license and certification
