Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily project operations and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
- Support project scheduling, procurement, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with design-build standards and client expectations.
- Assist in cost control, document management, and project reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or construction.
- At least 3 years of experience in the focus area (Architectural/General).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in aviation-related construction projects.
- Previous work with Port Authority of NY/NJ (PANYNJ).
- Familiarity with Design-Build projects.
- Cost control and budget tracking experience.
