Executive / Legal Assistant - Midtown Real Estate Firm - $90k - $110k
Our client is a well-established real estate investment and development firm with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and hospitality assets. They are seeking an Executive / Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to both the CEO and General Counsel.
This fully onsite position will be split evenly between classic executive administrative support and legal assistance, with a strong focus on real estate transactions and document management. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for the CEO
- Screen and prioritize calls and emails; act as a gatekeeper and liaison
- Maintain and organize sensitive files and records
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation and expense reporting
Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Counsel with legal matters related to real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and organize leases, contracts, and entity formation documents
- Prepare signature packages and coordinate document execution
- Help manage transaction timelines, due diligence, and legal filings
- Maintain legal files, trackers, and compliance records
Essential Job Specifications/Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; legal or real estate industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with legal documentation tied to real estate (leases, contracts, entity formation, closings)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign experience a plus
Salary: $90k - $110k, medical, dental, vision, 401k (with match), and other benefits/perks
