What we're looking for:*

• Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks notedÂ
  
  

on

 the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust,Â

litter

 and debrisÂ

are

 removed from all areas of the facility.

• Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells
  
  

 as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, theÂ

office

 and rest rooms.

• Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.Â
• PaintÂ
  
  

any and all

 areas of the facility as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, gates, etc. are properly maintained and look neat and clean.

• Perform tasks such as replace light bulbs as needed or apply oil absorbent to oil spills.
• Familiar with Electrical and PlumbingÂ
• Perform painting related tasks
• Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
• Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment. powerwashing equipment
  
  

such as weed eater

lawnmowers

 or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable.

• Shovel, plow
  
  

 or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager, as applicable.

• Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.Â
• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists.Â
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.Â

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, interacting with other employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with the parking customer, providing resolution as needed to customer issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
