- Champion ABASK’s unique design edit, helping clients source rare, heirloom-worthy pieces
- Proactively conduct outreach to new and existing clients to drive sales and grow account value
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for business development, partnerships, and larger-scale projects within the interiors space
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system and sales pipeline, with accurate reporting and forecasting
- Deliver best-in-class customer service via in-person, phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication
- Contribute to strategic planning, showroom presentation, and high-profile events in the US
- Assist with order management, invoicing, logistics coordination, and post-sale support
- Maintain deep knowledge of ABASK’s product catalog, craftsmanship stories, and sourcing philosophy
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years in sales, client advisory, or interior design—preferably within luxury, design, or high-touch retail
- Experience working with (and impressing) discerning clientele
- Strong visual sensibility, space planning knowledge, and appreciation for fine craftsmanship
- A strategic mindset with entrepreneurial flair—eager to help shape a new office and grow within the business
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and confident handling both private and trade clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and CRM systems
- A strong personal network in the NYC design, hospitality, or high-net-worth circles is a plus
- Passion for interiors, storytelling, and exceptional service
What We Offer
- We offer a dynamic, inclusive environment with competitive pay and benefits. Enjoy comprehensive health coverage and a 401(k) match.
- Competitive paid time off, plus eight paid annual holidays.
- A great office with communal spaces including a waterside gym, sauna and lounge floors
- A pivotal role in the launch and growth of ABASK’s NYC office
- Close collaboration with senior leadership, including the VP of Trade
- Exposure to the most exclusive interior design projects and clients in the U.S.
- Long-term career progression in a fast-growing, design-forward business
