Job Title: Client Success Manager

Company: CrowdSync Technology

Location: SOHO, New York City

Salary: $47,500 - $57,500

Overview: Looking to join a fast paced dynamic team working in the live event space? CrowdSync has been delivering cutting edge technology and solutions to organizations across the board! We work with some of the largest teams in sports, artists in music, and brands in the corporate space to deliver mind blowing experiences. Our controllable LED technology and NFC integrations separate us from the rest.

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our growing team in NYC. This individual should have experience in the event space and will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, working closely with them to understand their needs, providing solutions, and driving results.

Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

-Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives

-Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Operations) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions

-Analyze and report on client data to drive continuous improvement and identify areas for growth

-Collaborate with clients to establish success metrics and monitor progress towards goals

-Act as an advocate for clients, communicating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with their wearables

-Identify and act on upsell and renewal opportunities

-Participate in regular check-ins with clients to review progress and ensure their continued success

-Travel to onsite activations to ensure the deployment of the hardware is seemless (20% of the time).

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in client success or account management

-Strong understanding of event technology and the event industry

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a team

-Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
