Company Description
Arête is a personalized discovery platform for emerging fashion brands globally—sourcing, authenticating, and surfacing unique, high-quality brands through machine learning, gamification, and social interaction. Our live iOS app creates a 1:1 shopping experience, while equipping designers with analytics and targeting technology to grow smarter and drive intentional production.
Role Description
- Drive sales across Arête’s in-person and digital channels, targeting a minimum 15% month-over-month revenue increase
- Identify CAC-efficient growth channels and lead initiatives to reduce CAC each month through content, campaigns, and partnerships
- Lead social media growth across Instagram and TikTok, with a clear weekly content plan and defined performance benchmarks (followers, reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Create, curate, and test content that resonates with Gen Z female shoppers, tapping into cultural trends and platform-specific behavior
- Analyze performance data across all growth touchpoints and translate insights into actionable creative and campaign optimizations
- Define and own core growth KPIs; build reporting dashboards to track progress and inform strategy
- Collaborate with product, brand, and retail teams to align messaging across touchpoints and drive omnichannel impact
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in social media, growth, or performance marketing (preferably in consumer, fashion, or lifestyle)
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, content formats, and storytelling on TikTok and Instagram
- Experience scaling performance across organic + paid social, influencer programs, and referral loops
- Highly analytical — comfortable using data to inform creative and campaign decisions
- Hands-on creator with strong instincts for content, messaging, and trends
- Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, fast-moving, and excited to build from 0→1
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
