We are seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients, drivers, and visitors.
Position Summary
The Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities while supporting daily administrative functions within our fast-paced logistics environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and drivers in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining common areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages and ensure seamless office operations.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
