You will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for CLEAR’s identity platform, champion a customer-obsessed culture, and build a high-performing product team that delivers transformative experiences. You will be at the helm of the product engine that powers CLEAR's secure ID ecosystem, with a clear mandate to scale capabilities for new markets and business models.
What you'll do:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for CLEAR’s Core Identity platform in partnership with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.
- Evolve the platform to support new verticals and increase user growth, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and security.
- Leverage voice-of-customer insights to define elegant, frictionless solutions across the identity lifecycle, including onboarding, verification, and authentication.
- Align with senior executives, GTM, operations, compliance, and engineering to deliver mission-critical products on time and in budget.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of best-in-class Product Managers; foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
- Development and execution of a compelling Core Identity product roadmap
- Successful delivery of scalable platform enhancements that support new business initiatives
- Increased customer satisfaction and platform adoption metrics
- You blend long-term vision with precision in execution, consistently delivering impactful results.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 12+ years in technology product management, with experience leading platform products at scale.
- You are passionate about solving real user problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven success managing and developing high-performing product teams; strong executive presence and communication skills.
- You measure what matters, make informed tradeoffs, and are energized by innovation, especially in emerging technologies like machine learning.

The base salary range for this role is $250,000-290,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
