My client is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and founders, gaining exposure to all aspects of deal execution in a high-impact environment.

• Support execution of M&A and capital raising transactions from start to finish
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
• Participate in due diligence processes and client meetings
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic insights and deal theses
  
  

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; GPA of 3.7 or higher preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated interest in software, technology, and M&A
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
