Position Overview

We're looking for a hands-on, innovative Product Manager to help us explore and execute high-impact AI applications across our Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This role is ideal for someone who's excited to teach, build, and collaborate-turning emerging tools into real-world solutions that help scale our healthcare platform and enhance patient and partner outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you'll lead initiatives that improve the employee and provider experience, increase operational efficiency, and support organizational alignment through data and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to streamline operations, sales, and marketing workflows.
• Enhance and support upgrades to our EMR system, including exploration of AI-based documentation, data extraction, and patient engagement tools. Including improvement of platforms like HRIS, CRM, scheduling systems, and communication tools-ensuring seamless, integrated user experiences.
• Design and build internal tools and automations using no-code/low-code AI platforms (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein) to automate manual tasks across people ops workflows.
• Help teams adopt AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, LangChain) through training and support.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights that guide leadership decisions related to workforce and process strategy.
• Collaborate across departments to align AI use with team needs and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, systems design, data, operations, or related fields.
• Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHRs, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for improving patient care through AI innovation.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI tools and how they can be applied in business settings.
• Experience using automation tools and integrating APIs or platforms.
• Comfortable translating technical tools into simple, usable workflows for non-technical teams.
• Bonus: exposure to healthcare, EMRs, or health tech systems.
• Highly collaborative, self-directed, and curious.
• Able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan NY, NY.
