Job Description
- Manage all aspects of assigned ABL portfolio including daily collections & advances, review of borrowing base certificates & supporting documentation, review of field exams, preparation of loan modification memos and preparation of annual account reviews,
- Deepen relationships by understanding client needs with focus on cross selling appropriate products and services
- Provide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standards
- Remain well informed on all client matters to minimize risk
- Maintain a consistent and successful calling program
- Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goals
- Structure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability
- Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners
- Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank
- Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business
Qualifications
- 6 – 10 minimum years of experience in managing factored or asset-based relationships
- Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate response
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
- Knowledge of Solifi loan system (f/k/a Stucky) preferred
Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $170,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
