Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a General Manager/Head Coach to lead operations at our newest TS Fitness Small Group Personal Training studio. This hybrid role blends leadership, coaching, community building, and sales—making it ideal for a powerhouse professional ready to run a facility like it’s their own.

Key Responsibilities
- Own It: Manage the day-to-day operations, keep the energy high, and the results even higher.
- Coach & Lead: Spend 20–30 hours per week coaching clients and becoming a trusted expert in your community.
