Position: Research Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Type: Permanent (10 hours shift)
Salary Range: $60k to 64k/PA

The team specializes in facilitating expert interviews, surveys, and insights across a wide range of industries and markets.

As a Research Associate, you’ll help top-tier clients—like investment funds and consulting firms—gain insights by identifying and connecting them with subject matter experts across industries. Responsibilities:
- Act as the key decision-maker in identifying and connecting clients with subject matter experts based on their project needs
- Conduct quick-turnaround market research to understand industry trends and client objectives
- Develop sourcing strategies and screen potential experts for fit
- Communicate directly with high-level executives and clients to facilitate expert engagements
- Manage multiple cross-office projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute on project goals and meet tight deadlines
- Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and email/phone outreach to source, vet, and schedule expert consultations
- Take ownership of rate negotiations, onboarding, and end-to-end project coordination
Qualifications
- Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a Bachelor's degree (minimum 3.5 GPA preferred)
- 6–12 months of work or internship experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or research-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Leadership experience through internships, student organizations, or part-time work
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals and building rapport quickly
