Immediate Opening for an LPN in NYC in a residential facility for the Developmentally Disabled Population. This position will be full-time, with 3 -12 hour shifts per week, and top pay is being offered!

Job Function

Day Shift or Night Shift
7am -7pm or 7pm -7am.
Provide medical assessments and ongoing oversight to ensure individuals' safety and well-being.
Train and support staff to effectively address each person’s medical needs.
Review medical records and documentation regularly, ensuring compliance with physician orders and agency policies.
Coordinate care by communicating with families, residences, and medical providers.

Job Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
BLS certification required.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Acute care and nursing home experience preferred.
1 year of LPN experience providing direct patient care.
