JURISolutions is seeking a junior to mid-level corporate securities attorney for a full-time, temporary opportunity with our financial services client.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of either large firm or in-house experience with securities offerings, securities regulation, disclosure issues, corporate governance matters, custody structures and agreements, and handling a variety of capital market transactions.

The initial term of the engagement will be 6 months with the option to extend for a total term of one year. The role is preferably hybrid 3 days per week in either our client’s New York City (midtown Manhattan) or Chicago (Loop) offices. However, exceptionally well-qualified remote candidates will be considered.

This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $90 per hour (equivalent of $187,000/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
