What you’ll be doing ⭐

At Aleta, we develop many innovative solutions, and we constantly strive to exceed client expectations with best-in-class quality and user-friendliness.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop with modern technologies like .NET, Event Sourcing, Microservices, AI, Azure, GitHub, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Use agile principles such as Kanban and Scrum to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
• Help maintain and optimize existing products and infrastructure — but the main focus is on new development.

What we’re looking for 🎯

We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but ideally, you:

• Have a relevant IT master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Have a strong grasp of the newest cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Have strong AI skills and have developed AI-first architecture.
• Have skills in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics through both academic study and hands-on industry experience.
• Enjoy taking ownership and driving tasks forward to completion.
• Prioritize long-term, high-quality solutions over quick fixes.
• Bring a positive, collaborative mindset and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Are fluent in English.
