We are currently accepting applications from second-year law students interested in transactions for our 2026 Summer Associate Program.
Candidates should possess a record of excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. To apply, please submit your resume, transcript, and a cover letter. In your cover letter, it is recommended to comment on your department interest and share your reason(s) for choosing this office location.

The 2026 summer associate salary will be based on a pro-rata calculation of entry-level associate compensation, which is currently $225,000.
