  • The Role


    • We’re looking for a web3 Software Engineer with a specific focus on Growth to help build and ship experiments which will drive growth of the platform.

    You will plan, design, build, and implement web pages and growth loops designed to drive traffic and retention of thirdweb. You’ll also work with our design team to build out wireframes and designs for a new growth experiment. Growth experiments include: referral schemes, airdrops, NFT Giveaways, a new email-capture flow.

    Our expectation is that you’ll build the application, test and iterate on the app until it’s ready for production and own the full end to end process.

    From brainstorming, delivering to measuring success of the activation—we’ll look to you for your expertise to guide us in our next phase of growth.

    • What we're looking for
    • Have 2+ years experience in full stack web development with a preference for front-end development.
    • Experience in Javascript web frameworks (React, Next.js, Docusaurus), Typescript, or NodeJS
    • Are excited about working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment that prioritizes delivering impact and learning.
    • Are comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment with complete ownership of the delivery of your responsibilities.
    • Are curious about technology outside of your direct expertise, and have an appetite for learning
    • Are a self-starter in proposing and carrying out technical solutions to ambiguous growth problems
    • Know when and how to make calculated tradeoffs to meet the needs of the customer and business
    • Enjoy working with a global team with a curious mind who’s always eager to learn new things.
    • Bonus Points
    • Experience in developer-first products (SDKs, API design, technical documentation)
    • Experience in blockchain development (interacting with wallets or smart contracts)
    • Experience in different blockchain technologies — EVM, L2, Solana, Flow, NEAR, Cosmos
    • Experience in writing shared library code for Android & iOS

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with our design team to build out wireframes and designs for a new growth experiment.
    • Own, build and execute growth experiments. These may include:
      • Referral schemes
      • Airdrops
      • NFT Giveaways
      • A new email-capture flow
    • Build the application from start to finish and test and iterate on the app until it is ready for production.
    • Own the full end to end process of brainstorming, delivering and measuring success of the activation.
