RESPONSIBILITIES:



· Assist with overseeing Housekeeping operations 



· Operate housekeeping department within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules 



· Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork 



· Ensure housekeeping associates are knowledgeable of all room categories and amenities and adhere to brand standards of cleanliness  



· Ensure staffing levels cover business demands 



· Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures 



· Deputize in absence of Executive Housekeeper 



· All other duties as assigned
