Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, contract HubSpot Specialist to support our CRM implementation projects. This role is instrumental in setting up and optimizing our clients’ HubSpot CRM environments, ensuring seamless execution of technical tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has a strong command of HubSpot tools, and takes pride in efficient and accurate system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM setup and configuration tasks within HubSpot, including:
• Creating workflows and automation sequences
• Developing dashboards and reports
• Building and customizing sales pipelines
• Managing user permissions and property configuration
• Complete assigned tasks in ClickUp, our project management system, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with internal team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper testing before deployment
• Stay current with HubSpot updates and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working in HubSpot, particularly within CRM implementation and setup
• Proven ability to create workflows, reports, dashboards, and pipelines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working independently with clear written instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
