Your Team & Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will join the Automation Team that owns both the development of an infrastructure for our automation framework and the development of new automated suites to validate Zadara Edge Cloud solutions.

You will gain experience in advanced technologies such as Cloud Virtualization, Object Storage, Compute, GPU, Containers, Kubernetes, Micro-Services and many more.

The position is a hybrid position that requires working from our office in TLV three days a week.

Your day to day

- Be part of an efficient, successful, and motivated Scrum team.
- Develop new automated test suites.
- Debug existing tests, improve stability and enhance runtime.
- Analysis over nightly runs, open bugs and keep on improving the automation quality.
- Take part in developing and enhancing the infrastructure of the automation framework.
- Collaborate closely with the development, QA and Product Management teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud computing.

What you bring

- 1+ year of experience in Python programming and shell scripting.
- Be independent, creative, focused, and organized.
- High motivation to work in a dynamic and innovative startup.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Your education

- BSc/BA in computer science/SW

Nice to haves

- Experience working with one or more cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack, etc.
- Experience and understanding in one of these areas: Virtualization, Networking or Storage.
