Summary:The Facilities Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing work orders, supporting vendor and contractor coordination, maintaining supplies, assisting with emergency preparedness and facilitating internal communications. The position requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills, with an emphasis on proactive support and teamwork.The Facilities Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Manager, Facilities operations and has no direct reports.Where and When You'll Work- This position is an on-site role and reports to the New York ASPCA locations at 92nd Street, 91st Street and 8th Avenue- This position works regular business hours Monday to Friday, which are generally 9 AM - 5 PM.What You'll GetCompensationStarting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience.
