This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working at the intersection of purpose and innovation.About the RoleReporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in launching new products and revitalizing existing offerings. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Communications, and Content teams to bring compelling, mission-aligned products to market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product marketing strategies that support the organization's mission and business goals.Define and refine product positioning and messaging to clearly communicate value to key audiences.Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify customer needs and trends.Create impactful marketing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and case studies.Collaborate with Product and Research teams to ensure alignment between product development and marketing strategy.Partner with Communications and Content teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.Continuously optimize messaging, positioning, and campaign performance based on data and feedback.Requirements4+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within research, nonprofit, or membership-based organizations.Proven experience launching new productsExceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.Experience using AI tools to enhance writing and content creation.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
