You'll be the face of the agency to prospects, a storyteller who can translate our creative brilliance into business value, and a hunter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the new business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with ambitious brands across sectors.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
• Craft compelling proposals and pitch decks that showcase our capabilities and vision.
• Lead the pitch process—from initial conversations through to conversion.
• Stay close to the market—monitor trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, project management) to shape impactful responses to briefs.
